Sealion Island - Climate

The Falkland Islands have a temperate oceanic climate with average daytime temperatures ranging from 36F (2C) in July to 48F (16C) in January. The lowest recorded temperature was 12.5F (-9.5C) in July 1995 and the highest was 85F (29.2C) in January 1992. Annual rainfall is generally low at about 26 inches (650mm) and the wind is persistent and usually westerly at an average speed of 15 knots.

Sea Lion Lodge accommodates up to 20 persons and group discounts are available. Prices are per person and include full board at the lodge.
